2. Booking and Payment

2.1 Booking Process

• All bookings are subject to availability
• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment
• We reserve the right to decline any booking

2.2 Payment Terms

• Payment is required in full at time of booking
• All prices are in Euros unless otherwise stated
• Prices may change without notice

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations more than 48 hours before tour: Full refund
• Cancellations 24-48 hours before tour: 50% refund
• Cancellations less than 24 hours: No refund

4. Liability

Denmark Excursions limits liability to the amount paid for services. Participants join tours at their own risk.
